Managing, maintaining and upgrading coca-cola.co.uk
Migrating to a new, globally standardised website platform, Coca-Cola needed ongoing support to manage both coca-cola.co.uk and coca-cola.ie. That support team would be the sole key holders to the CMS for both GB and Ireland business units (Adobe Experience Manager), and work with stakeholders throughout the business to get their work showcased on the sites.
I was part of the team that led the site migration and managed the newer editions – a team I’d go on to manage day-to-day. Not only did we support the maintenance of the site and process change requests from throughout the business, we also implemented SEO best practices across the sites and contributed our own original long-form content.
